This happens if there are any deprecation warnings as well. It's annoying, I don't want to see this frame. I then have to close it and reopen the frame I was looking at before.

The ones in the bottom screencap were unchecked already, but unchecking the instrumenting agent solved my issue. Thanks!

The contents of my hotkeys xml file had been wiped and replaced with the above. The file wasn't deleted to my knowledge.
