In the current release no, but it will be incuded in the nest EAP (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/OC-10752) that is going to come very soon.

It's not implemented for Swift language yet. We are working on it right now (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/OC-11299).
