It's true. You can't use previous glibc version with bundled cmake and gdb.However you can specify the cmake and gdb you want (if it differ from the bundled one) in Preferences (Settings) | Build, ...

You are using your custom CMake, that is 3.0.2 version, not supported by the CLion yet.Please, use bundled version instead, may be this is the source of the problem in your case.
