Thank you very much for sharing this example. Could you please try to run librarian-puppet with another Ruby version, i.e. with Ruby 2.3.3? Let us know how it goes?

Hello,  We have similar issue for on Windows OS, https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RUBY-16620. Let me know if you don't work on Windows?

Hello, actually you can't use it in wizard:( The only one suggestion is to create new Rails application in the Terminal with this option and then open in the RubyMine.
