The icon has definitely changed (for the worse IMHO) with a more muted colour and a flat look.

I fixed this by deleting .idea/vcs.xml and it then enabled me to reintegrate Mercurial.Seems there is a problem with the initial import though.

Yes I've got this problem too, also Mac OS X 10.5.8, JDK 1.5.0_20.I checked 9.0M1 and the issue does not occur there.
