I never worked with such a setup, but I think in that case you should really configure both directories in Settings -> Project Settings -> Version ControlAdded them, still no worky.

You could do that with 4.5.4 as well, but it was nice to have both views in one window.  Unfortunate that that feature got removed.

CVS.  I should mention that invoking the Compare with Same/Latest Repository Versions dialog through other means compares the two files correctly.Alex
