No, there's no right arrow. Many such warnings do feature the right arrow and the option to suppress, but this one doesn't.Michael Kay

I tried again, and found it. I still can't see a right arrow (perhaps it's lack of contrast on the screen?) but if I click where the right arrow ought to be, I get the submenu.
