I think the place for dependencies is on the project view. Since once you are on a source file, the view that can stay synchronize to your location is the project view. So it makes much more sense ...

Oh, wow, this plugin is a life saver, and should be part of the IntelliJ core! Finally no more CMD+` to cycle through my projects to find the right one. Really nice!

Grr, I must have been sleeping! I noticed the checkbox was unchecked here too, though normally it never is. It fixed the problem (and a lot of other problems! :)) immediately!Thanks for your help!
