same here. the auto-autocompletion really helps if you know exactly what you are going to type and have its delay set to zero.

afaik the only difference is that you can do really large inspection runs without idea getting an OOME(why should there be a performance difference? and how do you even measure that?)

in my case the problems only appear when using java7. if idea itself runs on java6, everything is fine.

i have no problem reading anything, but the blocky outline border tab style looks oldschool - pretty similar to what windows 3.11 / 95 windows look like.you should make them a bit brighter and mayb...

@meo:actually they got bigger on one axis and smaller on the other. they take up less space (before: half screen, now: 1/3 screen) along the tab bar, but steal some space from idea's inside panels...
