Strange. CoolType in acrobat reader looks good for me, no color dots. There were no such dots on windows also AFAIR.

because it does a replace, not a rename. Usages don't get updated.I thought I could do it with some script in the 'replace' part, like take found PSI node and call Rename refactoring on it.

If anybody has the same problem: shutdown IDEA and delete scala-library.jar* and scala-compiler.jar* from ~/.IntelliJIdea8x/system/jars/
