I had that problem too, using Jikes, but for some reason switching to javac fixed it. I haven't had time to look into it more however.

Works fine for me. I was lazy and didn't delete the system directory or anything. Just unzipped (to a new directory) and copied my plugins over from the previous build. No problems at all. Weird.
