Collecting debugger logs

To collect debugger logs recording, please do the following:

1. Go to Help | Find action… | Registry….
2. Locate the js.debugger.wip.log key and set a path for the log file to be created. For example, ~/debuggerlog.
3. Restart the IDE and reproduce the issue.
4. Share the generated log file in your bug report (debuggerlog.jsonl in this example).
