Reformatting JSP code

I would like to reformat a JSP code  with this code:

    <label for="testteest" class="col-sm-4 control-label"
           style="text-align: left"><fmt:message
            key="ttttttt"/></label>
    <div class="col-sm-4">
        <input type="text" class="form-control " id="rrrrr"
               placeholder="" readonly>
    </div>
</div>

(note that label tag span on two line, fmt:message is on two line and first line is used from previous tag label)

To:

<div class="form-group">
    <label for="testtest" class="col-sm-4 control-label" style="text-align: left">
        <fmt:message key="ttttt"/></label>
    <div class="col-sm-4">
        <input type="text" class="form-control " id="rrrrr" placeholder="" readonly>
    </div>
</div>

In Editor > Code Style > JSP
I set right margin (Columns) to an high value and wrap on typing = no ,
but using Reformat Code nothing happen.

Any suggestion, i think i'm missing something
