File status highlighting in Project View

Is there a way to change the font/color in the Project view?

What I'm trying to do is get some indicator that a file is ignored in the Project window. It just shows up as white (Darcula Theme), which is the same as unmodified.

The Project tool window shows the files based on projects status, in what appears to be mostly following the default conventions for colors and fonts for the File Status (File>Settings>Editor>Colors and Fonts>File Status).  However, if I change these values they are not reflected in the Project window. (and for some reason I can only select Foreground, and not Background, Bold or Italic), 

Unfortunately, though the File Status color for ignored is Olive, that's one case where the Project view doesn't match the Editor > File Status default colors.
