Line change not shown after run

HI I'm using Intellij 14 with git to control my multi moduls project. Since some days intellj don't show the line changes any more after I try a run or a debug. The Taps are still highlighted but no change in the File is visible. Before I try a run every change is visible.

What do I have to change that I can still see my changes after a run?

Hop someone can help me :) it getting a little bit exhausting now.

deleted everthing and start intellij new not working still remove line change informations

Could you please provide more information/ What exactly is lost after you Run an app? A screenshot appreciated.

Also, are the changes properly shown in the Local changes tab of the Version control tool window?

Usually you have the informations on the left and right side that you change something in this line (like on the picture) but when I press the run button or somer else this informations disappear even though I didn't commit ore something like this. It seems that Intellij is updating automatically.

Are the changes you applied lost (reverted) after Run?

What is the content of Local changes tab?

How many vcs roots are there in the project? Are all roots properly registered in Settings - Version control?

Hi Dmitriy,

the local change tab still shows every change.

Every modul uses Git as Vision control and in the setting is every modul set up with git as vcs visible
