Function argument qualification in PostgreSQL not supported?

DataGrip incorrectly displays an error when qualifying function arguments using the function name as specified in the 2nd paragraph here: https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/xfunc-sql.html#XFUNC-SQL-FUNCTION-ARGUMENTS

The function name is shown as unresolved and the argument is shown as not used.
