Inspector doesn't work for github synchronized file?

Hi everyone,
Ok, this might sound silly. This is my first time using IDEA to do a project that I have already synced on github. But now the inspector doesn't work anymore...as shown in the screenshot below...After I compile the project, I just got warning that all my imports are unused...Should there be some special operation for the github code?

Make sure the file resides in the Source root of the module and Power Save mode is not enabled in the File menu.
If you can't find the problem, please share the sample project to reproduce.
