Intellij idea fails to open a project from a idea:// URL

I am using intellij idea CE on Mac OS.

I used to open my java projects from chrome, by clicking on a URL like "idea://path/to/a/project"

Since the last update, it doesn't work anymore. When i click on the URL, it opens intellij idea CE, but in the last state it was the last time i closed it. For example if there was no project opened, he will not open any project. If a project "A" was opened, even if i click a URL "idea://path/to/project/B", project A will be opened again.

Is it a bug in intellij idea CE ?
