IntelliJ Ultimate after 30 days trial ?

What happens with an IntelliJ Ultimate-installation after 30 days if you use the 30 day trial ?
- Does it stop to work completly ?
- Does it reduce itself to Community edition ?
Just so we know what will happen in advance so that we can avoid uncessary work.
