Automatic naming of run configurations based on class name
Answered
Hi
Somewhere along the way from 14 to 2016.x it seems like IDEA lost its neat little feature to automatically use name of class as name of run configuration (I'm speaking of JUnit configs). Is there any config setting which can bring this back? I miss it, given how often it's needed to create new test run configs...

Hello,
Thank you for quick feedback!
I was more about feature working inside 'Edit Run configurations...' dialog, where whenever I specify FQCN of test class in 'Class', IDE auto sets name of that class as name of current configuration.
And, for some reason, I don't have entry similar to 'Create TestNg...', neither for Junit nor for TestNG, although both plugins are enabled.
This entry will be available only inside the test sources.
Request for the run configuration name = FQCN is welcome at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA.

Thank you.
