Where can I download suitablt pycharm version for windows 32 bit?

There is no separate installer for 32-bit version, please, download Pycharm from https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/ and install it. After that please go to `C:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\PyCharm2016.3\bin` (the default location for Pycharm installation) folder and launch `pycharm.exe`.

The file which I download simply doesn't open

I think you downloaded latest version of pycharm you should download the previous version which is pycharm 2018.2.7 which released on

25 dec 2018 that can be run on windows 32 bit

bro try using pycharm 2018.2.7 version,it really working on my pc, incase any error occurs like JAVA_HOME does't point to valid JVM installation  just reinstall it and remove all the files ,then connect to internet and install it, while installing it automatically downloading missing file and it's really working on my pc 32 bit.

I can't use any version for my windows pc. Always can't be opened and always errors (like runtime errors and Java), now I use version 1.1.1 but it's not free and finally the free subscription time will end and its capabilities cannot be used in other versions. Can someone help me?
