Tool Windows: split terminal and editor

In WebStorm IDE I somehow (totally don't know how) manage to setup terminal tool window (and all other tool windows on the bottom of the screen) to split space only with code editor. So that they leave more space for structure and project tool windows on the left side.

However, I'm unable to do this in any other JetBrains IDE. Like Intellij Idea, PHPStorm, CLion, ...
Can someone advice me how it can be done?
