IntelliJ Error during artifact deployment

Im using IntelliJ Ultimate #UI-171.3780.107 and my problem is when starting Tomcat 8.5.13 (also tested with 9.x) and when the artifact is deployed I get the error
Artifact xxx:war exploded: Artifact is being deployed, please wait...
Artifact xxx:war exploded: Error during artifact deployment. See server log for details.
I tried everything.
- Reinstalling IntelliJ (with deleting everything from the registry etc.).
- Reinstalling Tomcat
- Reinstalling Java
- No plugins
- Default settings ofc.
On my Laptop everything works fine with the same version of IntelliJ. Everything is identical. Build and run settings. Also the jdk and jre except the OS. On my Laptop I have Ubuntu 16.04 (I think^^) und on my Desktop PC i have Windows 10 installed.
So i think it might be a OS specific problem. Does someone knows a fix or workaround for this problem? Or should I reinstall Windows?

I have the same problem. I fixed it by downgrading jdk version to 8. maybe you can try it out.
