Applying Color theme to entire UI

I recently downloaded the vim dark theme (http://color-themes.com/?view=theme&id=563a1a6880b4acf11273ae58).

I applied it to the editor, and I really like it.  However, it seems to apply only within the editor window and not to the rest of the UI.  Is there a way to get new color schemes for the entire UI?
