Rearranging my Run/Debug Configurations, new order won't stick.

I'm unable to change the order of my Run/Debug configurations.  I can move them around by dragging them or by clicking the up/down arrows, but when I hit "OK" (or "Apply" and "OK") the changes are lost.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get my changes to persist?

This is somewhat annoying as I have a fair number of configurations that I only use occasionally, and the new ones I'm currently working with are always at the bottom of the list.
