Link to support request does not work

I submitted a support request (concerning IDEA-134885).
I got an automatic e-mail, that includes this link to the submitted request:
https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/requests/1021243
Unfortunately that link only gives a 404 page.

You can access this link only using exactly the same account as was used to submit it. It appears that you don't have JetBrains account registered for the email that was used when submitting the ticket, hence 404 error. You can create an account at https://account.jetbrains.com/ to be able to access the ticket online.
Note that it's optional since you will receive email notification on any ticket updates and will be able to reply by email too.
Thanks for the quick answer! This problem doesn't really bother me - I'd just thought I tell somebody.
Still, a nicer page like "Please log-in to you account <e-mail> here: ..." instead of the 404 would be nice.
That would allow anyone having this link or ticket ID to see your email.
I've merged your accounts, so the ticket should be visible now.
