Replace blocking windows with non-blocking one

This is a feature suggestion.

Some Windows in intelliJ platform bumps up as main focus and really make a mess when using multiple intellij windows with different projects.

There's no way to change this behaviour in order to have focus windows per intellij instance?

Because for example, you can't edit a Database table or Checkout from an SVN repository while browsing the other instances! (i know they are all the same...)
