Clickable refs to source code lines - how to?

Hi!

The idea is to be able to create, say, a project task review with clickable refs. That is to create a text file (something like markdown, html - anything) with clickable (or Ctrl-B) links to lines of source code in a project in hands (that is refs we get with Ctrl-Alt-Shift-C).

I have tried markdown plugins without luck. Digging into plugins list also wasn't very lucky.

Have you some hints for me?
