SQL dialect conversion
Is there a feature available which allows the conversion of various SQL dialects? As a concrete example I got a bunch of MS SQL Server scripts with a lot of INSERT statements which I would like to transform to Oracle DB dialect.
For schema DDL conversion I found SQL Lines SQL Converter (http://www.sqlines.com/download) but I am missing a way for converting plain INSERT statements as described above.
I know that DataGrip can migrate from one DB type to another if there is actually a database to connect. But I do not have a running database, I have just the SQL scripts. Creating a MS SQL Database from the scripts is not an option since I am on a MacOS machine.

There is no such a feature. As a temporary workaround, you can set up docker containers with desired databases.

As an option, you may consider using the Ispirer Toolkit software which supports conversion from SQL Server to Oracle. I think it will be suitable for your task.
