Shift-F10 shortcut does not work

Hello,

My IntelliJ has, keyboard wise, only default settings.

All shotcuts (that I know of) work just fine.

But Shift-F10 does not. It does not do anything.

I must do Alt-Shift-F10 and select from the menu that pops which is a workaround, but is massively un-cool.

I run Windows 10; anything I can do to check whether the shortcut is not intercepted but some OS thing or whatever? anyone seen this before?
