intellij idea 2017.2 do not have code hint, code highlight, format code for maven's pom.xml

when I update to intellij idea 2017.02, the maven's pom.xml do not have code hint , code highlight and can not format code. But the intellij idea 2016.3.6 is normal for those functions

I resolved this problem via uninstalling original intellij idea(2016.3.6) entirely(include cache, configuration, plugin, log) and installing newest intellij idea(2017.2), then it works normally. I guess that there is a conflict between two version because I install 2017.2 without uninstalling 2016.3.6.
