My application is not running through jar

I have a JavaFX application which is running fine when it is executed through the IDE but it throws a NullPointerException when I try to execute it through the .jar file.

This problem did not occur when I used NetBeans. I am not able to identify the problem and cannot come with a solution. Kindly help
