Error 404 when starting the application with a starter Intellij idea 2017.1 "Spring Boot"

Hi.

The spring-boot application runs without errors with the starter Intellij idea "Maven". When I start the same application, the starter "Spring Boot" displays a 404 error. Tell me what should I do to start the Spring Boot configuration?

Please file an issue at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA and attach the sample project to reproduce it.
