my intellij version is 2017.2.1, I can't pull when I have some code uncommited. It shows that

Does it help if you configure IntelliJ IDEA to use the new Git installation from https://git-scm.com/download/win instead of the one you are using now?
Please also check if this command works from the command line, outside of IntelliJ IDEA.
