Highlighting method accessor type (Java)

IN IntelliJ IDEA 2017.2, is it possible to highlight methods by accessor type?

E.g., that the signature of a public method is some how highlighted differently than that of a private method? 

Alternatively, displaying the accessor symbol shown in the structured view also in the code sidebar (where line numbers, breakpoints etc. are displayed)?
