Solved: Toolbars not visible in docked mode

Update: Nvm, a restart fixed it... -.-

I clicked something by mistake and now my toolbars at the bottom (Debug, Find, etc.) are not visible anymore. When I undock them they show up as long as they have focus. When I move them left or right or the the top in docked mode they're visible. Only when moved to the bottom and when docked they're not visible. The context menu shows the option "Hide" so IntelliJ must think the toolbar is actually displayed.

The problem occurs for all toolbars, I can move visible toolbars from the right to the bottom and now they're invisible. Restoring the default layout doesn't help.

Please don't tell me to make a new project, it takes forever to do that with our codebase.
