IDEA of the version 2017.2.3 has conflict with Chinese Input method program ! I can't input Chinese fluently

Description like title. I installed the new version IDEA from the old version 2017.1.5, But the new version can't input Chinese in code editor. I tried the input method of sogou pinyin (http://pinyin.sogou.com/)  and baidu pinyin(https://shurufa.baidu.com/) and Google pinyin (http://www.google.cn/intl/zh-CN/ime/pinyin/)，all of those are ineffective. My OS is Windows 7.Could you help me?
