Do not show 'Messages Build' on start Java project

I have java project.
If I run project by shift + f9, I see sometimes, that activate window 'Messages build' (it has pinned/docked mode).
How I can disable "auto" showing this window?

Are there any warnings displayed? This window normally activates if there are any warnings or errors. You can hide the warnings.
