Cannot Resolve Symbol: Invalidating Caches, Reimporting doesn't work. Power Save mode is NOT on. Help!

I've tried the most common solutions:

  1. Invaliding Caches and Restarting
  2. Reimporting the project
  3. Checking if Power Save mode is on
  4. Checking if Java has a blue folder

I've also tried: 

  1. Checking if the SDK is correct.
  2. Uninstalling and reinstalling IntelliJ.

This started when I upgraded from CE to Ultimate today.

Reinstall from http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/index.html.

Delete IDE folders to start with all the defaults (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544519).

I went ahead and just re-installed the OS then reinstalled IntelliJ and it worked.
