Not receiving email when renewing my license (Student)

My faculty ( Babes-Bolyai, Romania) has licenses for students for IDEA products.
My last license has expired on 9th of October. Since then, I'm trying to renew my license by clicking on "Renew my Education Pack" but without success. Even though I am redirected to a confirmation page ( We've sent a confirmation email to you at h**********@***.ubbcluj.ro), I get no email in my inbox. I have looked everywhere, but still no email.
What should I do?

I also have the same issue
I have the same issue i want to create a student account and it says (We've sent a confirmation email to you) but again nothing is there.
