Super slow on simple text editing

Big spikes on CPU load while editing simple text... (no more than 50LOC).
VM custom settings I have:
-Xms128m
-Xmx4192m
-XX:MaxPermSize=1024m
-XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=240m
-XX:+UseCompressedOops
-Xss4m
Scenario is very simple:
Open any *.java with ~30LOC for example and hit enter for like 20lines down, and delete back. Adding & deleting 20lines few times.
As a result I see not normal CPU behaviour:

Any quick hints & tips on VM tuning/indexing enabling, disabling? Praying maybe :)

If you are on Mac, https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-144261 might be the case.
Not sure how io.baseoutputreader.readavailableNonBlocking is related to 4k or anything like that...
