Problem with intlliJ IDEA

What OS do you use? How do you start IntelliJ IDEA? Does it help if you reinstall from http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/index.html and delete IDE folders (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544519)?

On Windows you can try running with idea.bat file to see the errors in the console.

i have windows 10 , when i want to open Intellij IDEA doesn't open , when i go to idea.bat , the console open just a few seconds and fast  closed  and  its difficult to read the problem!!

Run cmd.exe, navigate to IntelliJ IDEA folder, then to bin folder, then run idea.bat there from cmd.exe.

Can you give me the method to open a folder from cmd.
