CDN for WebStorm sucks

Hey guys, not sure why you can't figure out a way for me to not have to deal with 20-50kb download speeds.

Business line, got 8MB/s down.  Going to have to wait an hour to download the 194MB install file.

Really crappy.

Using Internet Download Mananger (IDM) 6.25.  Over 2 hours if I download through Chrome direct download rather than IDM.

Bummer.

Must be smth specific to your network environment... Please see https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544699-IDE-distribution-download-doesn-t-work-or-hangs-at-the-end for some hints.

If none of them help, I could probably upload the files to our ftp server for you (not sure if this solves the problem though)
