IntelliJ freezes on a mac on wake up

IntelliJ freezes when my Macbook Pro Retina wake up.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start Macbook Pro 
  2. Open IntelliJ.
  3. Close Macbook Pro (goes to sleep)
  4. Open Macbook Pro after 15-30 minutes (wake up)
  5. IntelliJ freezes.

I have 2 log files from different occasions available.
