Does it work outside of IntelliJ IDEA or in other IDEs? Why do you think the issue is specific to IntelliJ IDEA?
I didn't try it in other IDEs but couldn't work with IE in intelliJ. I am able to work with Chrome but I should run my application in IE. So, could you tell me how to run the application in IE. As mentioned in my question description, I tried that code but didn't work.
