Intellij Font Broken

Hi, I am new in using intellij and I want to make use of the Ultimate version. However, i cannot find a reason why this occurs. Any help will be gladly appreciated. Thank you very much!

I've already reached this point however pressing ctrl + alt + s in linux hides the window. Is there some other way to reach the settings? Thanks
