Are there VIM(hjkl) or Emacs(C-npbf) like navigation shortcuts for IntelliJ Idea?

I was curious is if there are VIM(hjkl) or Emacs(C-npbf) like navigation shortcuts for IntelliJ Idea. I know I can set VIM or Emacs keybindings but that's not my question. Is there IntelliJ's Idea's standard set of keybindings for single character movement like VIM's hjkl or Emacs' C-npfb?

You can use VIM plug-in, but there is not standard for IntelliJ IDEA.
Also these shortcuts are not supported in the dialogs: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/v2/issue/IDEA-108609.
