DataGrip has started schema introspection but did not complete it. It generated metadata file %user_profile%\.DataGrip2017.2\config\projects\default\.idea\dataSources\4564669f-61d1-4ca0-9f3a-560b7e9b0061.xml. It's size is 159 MB.
I suppose complete metadata file size will be extremely huge, and even finding changes in Oracle metadata on such schemas will cause DataGrip to be a useless tool.
Decided to try 2018.3 EAP. Currently it is doing schema introspection for 20 minutes. And I'm sure it will fail. What purpose does it extract all the schema DML for? Developers have to rethink architecture of DataGrip because currently it is an crazy piece of shit for hipsters. Sory for rudeness. I hoped they will create really cool datagrip...

DataGrip needs some time to introspect your database on first connection. Then DataGrip introspect only changes.
Do you have any problems or errors during introspection? Could you attach IDE logs?
