Vagrant plugin. Init in project root not responding?

I'm trying to use the Vagrant plugin for getting a vm configured and running within my project. Installed the plugin, downloaded the base lucid32 box (as per default) and from my project:

Tools->Vagrant->Init In Project Root

This does nothing. No error no nothing.

Why might this be? I would expect to at least find some error log output if it's simply not working. Don't have much to work on here.

Suggestions?
