IntelliJ Community Edition wont open

Hi, I have installed the program however when I click the icone to launch all I get is the mouse cursor showing a loading animation and then nothing after that, not even an error box. I tried restarting and also reinstalling but no luck. I'm using windows 10 32 bit and IntelliJ 8 community editon

I have attached a log file of the error can anyone help please?
